Nervine Tea Blend

The term nervine is used in herbal medicine to describe herbs that support the nervous system. This class of herbs helps the body experience calm and improve sleep quality, while easing anxiety and tension. 

 

PASSIONFLOWER Passiflora incarnata

Used to calm the nervous system and improve sleep quality. Passionflower may also ease anxiety and restlessness.

 

SKULLCAP Scutellaria lateriflora 

Is a tonic for the nervous system. Skullcap may be used to ease anxiety, calm a restless mind and improve sleep quality. 

 

ASHWAGANDHA ROOT Withania somnifera  

Used to fortify the body during times of stress, low energy and convalescence. It is both calming and strengthening, supporting the adrenal glands for balanced sleep-wake cycles. 

 

LIME BLOSSOM Tilia cordata

Used to relax the nervous system, easing anxiety and associated symptoms such as heart palpitations. It is also used to improve sleep quality. 

 

ROSE PETALS

A soothing remedy for the heart and nervous system, calming the mind and supporting emotional wellbeing.

 

Directions Infuse 2 teaspoons of your herbal tea in freshly boiled water for 5 minutes or longer. Drink 1 to 3 cups daily.

 

Ingredients Passionflower* (Passiflora incarnata), Skullcap* (Scutellaria lateriflora), Ashwagandha Root* (Withania somnifera), Lime Blossom* (Tilia cordata), and Spray Free Rose Petals. *Organic.
