Dandelion root tea is traditionally used as a gentle bitter to support liver function and regulate bowel movements.

Dandelion root affects the regulation of lipid and sugar metabolism and therefore may be used for the treatment of insulin resistance, type 2 diabetes, and atherosclerosis.
Directions Infuse 1 teaspoon of your herbal tea in freshly boiled water for 5 minutes or longer. Drink 1 to 3 cups daily.
Ingredients 100% Dandelion Root* (Taraxacum officinale). *Organic.
