Traditionally used for its antispasmodic and analgesic properties. Californian Poppy may help to relieve cramping and pain associated with menstruation.
LICORICE Glycyrrhiza glabra
Traditionally used as an adrenal tonic, Licorice also has anti-spasmolytic and anti-inflammatory properties that are used to help provide relief from menstrual pain.
GINGER Zingiber officinale
Traditionally used to reduce nausea, flatulence, cramping and bloating. Ginger is a stimulating circulatory tonic, alleviating pain and reducing inflammation, particularly pelvic inflammation, due to digestive discomfort or menstruation.
Directions Take 5mLs in water or fruit juice 3 times daily.
