Organic Golden Jojoba Oil
Jojoba is a liquid wax made up of esters of saturated and mono-unsaturated, fatty acid and fatty alcohols. This gives jojoba oil good stability and a longer shelf life than many oils. The composition of Jojoba is similar to sebum produced by our own skin and is nourishing, protective and well-tolerated, absorbing into the skin easily and forming a protective barrier helping to prevent water loss.
Jojoba oil is also an excellent emollient and moisturiser for young skin types as it helps to regulate sebum production and is non-comedogenic. Jojoba also offers anti-inflammatory, antiseptic and analgesic qualities and can be useful in the treatment of eczema, dermatitis, minor wounds and painful lesions. It's molecule size allows jojoba to penetrate layers of keratin making it a valuable oil in the treatment of dry skin, broken hair and nails.
Suitable for All skin types.
Directions Apply a few drops to clean skin, morning or night as required. May also be used as nourishing body oil, hair and nail treatment oil or as a carrier oil for your essential oil blends.
